Metropolis – Andrea and Nick

Andrea and Nick met nine years ago at the announcement of a friend’s engagement. Nick was the groom’s best friend and the bride was Andrea’s cousin. They were paired up in the bridal party at their wedding but were still only friends until about two years ago when they both realised they wanted more.

These guys are both adventurous so when it came time for Nicholas to propose, he naturally threw Andrea out of a plane. She thought it was just another skydive until she saw a huge sign on the ground spelling out ‘WILL YOU MARRY ME?’

Spoiler alert: she said yes.

This fun, ambitious and adventurous couple wanted their wedding day to reflect their adventurous spirit and so they put on a helluva day that their guests will be talking about for years to come.

Fun, elegant with a hint of vintage, their portrait shoot even included a visit to a retro cinema with dress ups in some 3D glasses.

Song choice for your videos is so important. These guys picked “Lucky Day” which perfectly encapsulates their meeting and the energy of their wedding. The end product is so infectious it makes you wish you’d scored an invite!

Having the opportunity to provide wedding videography for these guys was an absolute honour and we had an absolute blast on the day.
