Geelong Wedding Videography, Tegan and Dave

We’ve had a lot of couples enquiring about our Geelong wedding videography service lately. We love this gorgeous region of Victoria so we were excited to capture yet another beautiful love story last summer. 

Tegan and Dave met through a few mutual friends that were also housemates. The couple eventually met over an impromptu dinner at Tegan’s house and bonded over their love of photography and video! After a few red wines, they exchanged details and over the following weeks, they fell slowly in love.  

After a few months, they went on a huge overseas trip with their last stop being in Scotland. After a tour of Kilchurn Castle, they went across the other side of the loch to view it from afar. Tegan found a beautiful hill rise lined with stones and magical birch trees and told Dave that this would be a perfect spot for the photo of the castle! Dave told Tegan to turn around to ‘pose’ for a photo of her looking at the castle. Tegan was busting for the loo but when she tuned around, Dave was down on his knee. They cried and laughed and hugged and after ten minutes, Dave said “so is that a yes or?!” Tegan was so overwhelmed that she forgot to answer him but it was a definite “yes!”
